Owners of 100 Johnson Street, Robert J Hoffman & Robert L. Popham. They condemn the destruction of private property for the purpose of turning it over to other private entities. Urges the city to work with the residents and employees.

Letter from Robert J. Hoffman in which they blame Polytechnic Institute directly. The university did not share its financial input in the Environmental Impact Study and sought municipal and federal tax dollars.
